Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your KUNA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
